Asana & Concentration

Posture brings steadiness of our body. A steady, firm, and pleasant posture is required, if you want to concentrate for few moments. Observe consciously and release muscular tension of all parts of your body one by one, from toes to center of the head. Maintain dynamic balance and postural tone in the upright position. In that position you do not feel the body at all. A stable and pleasant posture produces mental equilibrium and prevents fickleness of mind which would facilitate deeper concentration.

Practice Yoga Asana (Posture), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Mudra and kriyas (special Yoga) at regular basis and enjoy diseases free and tension free body and mind. Our Yoga instructor gives you adequate assistance and support which make your practice fruitful.

Everyday two sessions: Morning and Evening
