OSHO ZONE MEDITATION CENTRE has been created so that people can have a direct experience of a new way of living- with more alertness, relaxation, and humor. It is located in Central Kolkata in the residential area of Salt Lake City. The Center offers a variety of programs designed by an enlightened master OSHO. It is the eminent center in the Kolkata (India) for meditation and personal growth processes. It encompasses healing arts of East and West, creative arts, centering and Zen, Sufism, meditative and Yoga therapies. There are individual sessions and classes, as well as courses, and trainings. Even more unique than this amazing diversity, is the fact that all the methods used, whether relating to the body, to the mind, the emotions or the subtle energy bodies, have meditation both as their base and their objective. Programs range from 1 day events to 3 months professional trainings.
